No, it was spoken on the Monday, 5/19/08 edition of MSNBC's "Hardball" by Barack Obama admirer Michelle Bernard, an attorney, president of the International Women's Federation, and frequent Hardball guest. So there you have it: the super delegates should not exercise independent thought because if they do, according to Michelle Bernard (herself of Jamaican descent), black people will "riot in the streets."
